Leah Justyce
An Australian contemporary artist creating large-scale statement artworks designed for interiors, collectors, and architectural spaces.
Holding a Bachelor Degree in Fine Art, Leah's work combines abstract expressionism, contemporary painting, emotional storytelling, and mixed media techniques to create artworks that transform both spaces and the people who experience them.
After completing her Fine Art studies in 2003, followed by studies in Criminology and Psychological Science, Leah developed a creative practice deeply influenced by human behaviour, resilience, memory, and transformation. Her work explores the intersection of emotion, identity, and the subconscious, inviting viewers to form their own personal connection with each piece.
Working across acrylics, oils, spray paint, collage, and repurposed materials, Leah creates expressive artworks that balance contemporary aesthetics with emotional depth. Sustainability also plays an important role in her practice, with many works incorporating reclaimed fabrics and materials that bring additional layers of history and meaning to each composition.
A significant turning point in Leah's artistic journey came following a traumatic life event in 2015, when art became a powerful vehicle for healing, self-expression, and personal transformation. This experience continues to influence the emotional honesty and authenticity that define her work today.
Leah's artworks have been featured in publications including British Vogue, The World of Interiors, and House & Garden UK. Her work spans original paintings, commissioned pieces, and curated collections, with a focus on creating distinctive artworks that become focal points within residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors.
Today, Leah creates original artworks for collectors, interior designers, developers, and businesses seeking meaningful, conversation-starting pieces. Through every collection, she continues to explore the power of art to evoke emotion, tell stories, and create lasting connections between people and the spaces they inhabit.
